1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
2. Non-Eligible Cases
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product has been used, washed, or altered
- Request raised after 48 hours of delivery
- Minor color variations due to photography or screen differences
- Products purchased during sale or clearance (unless damaged/defective)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 48 hours via email or WhatsApp
- Share your order details and clear images/videos of the product
- Once approved, we will arrange reverse pickup or guide you for return shipping
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Customers can request exchange for:
- Size/variant change (if applicable)
- Different product of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid)
- If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be processed
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

- Handmade and handloom products may have slight irregularities, which are part of their natural charm
