Return & Exchange

We request that all customers record an opening or unboxing video upon delivery. This helps us quickly resolve any concerns related to defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • The product should be unused and unwashed, in its original condition with all tags intact, and returned with original packaging and invoice
  • The product must not have any stains, damage, scratches, missing embellishments, or alterations
  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at info@qatha.in within 3 days of delivery
  • Please include: Order Number, Product details, Reason for return, and Unboxing video (required for claims)
  • Our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours to assist you

Return Process

  • Kindly pack the product securely to avoid any damage in transit
  • We will arrange a reverse pickup (where service is available)
  • If reverse pickup is not available, you may self-ship the product and share the tracking details with us

Refund / Exchange

  • Once we receive the product, it will go through a quality check
  • After approval, a store credit (coupon) equivalent to the product value will be issued within 48 hours
  • For self-shipped returns, an additional ₹99 will be added as shipping reimbursement

Store Credit Policy

  • Valid for 1 year from the date of issue
  • Can be used on orders equal to or higher than the coupon value
  • Cannot be split, combined, or transferred

Important Notes

  • Requests raised after 3 days of delivery may not be accepted
  • Products that do not pass the quality check will be sent back
  • The complete process may take 10-15 days
